Mark scheduled my appointment to fit in before I was to take a road trip. He also scheduled a follow-up and got me in and out quickly.

Hanna Lacy was my service advisor, she is very dedicated and kept me up to date on the service that my truck was receiving. The mechanic did a good job and made sure my truck was clean afterwards.

Four star because this happened twice. I made appointments for oil change and car wash. And both times didn’t get my car wash. Also computer was down last time.

Had a very good and professional experience with Mark Ethridge and Jonathon King at Allen Turner Toyota in Auburn. They were very helpful with some issues that i was having with my aftermarket warranty with Fidelity that backed out on me. With that being said I feel like they went out of their way to take care of me. These guys are very professional at their job and i would highly recommend them to anyone that ask. Thanks Mark and Jonathon

José needs a raise! He was the first one to greet us after standing out in the back amongst the used vehicles. He had to work to find the keys, but he finally did. He was very nice and made the experience worth returning for our next vehicle!
